Make a business card from any signature. It lives in your Apple Wallet: show it, they scan, and you're in their Contacts with your name, role, email and website. Share the card itself and it lands in their Wallet too.
Give a look your brand colour and it runs through the whole thing, as a rule, a band or a panel. Ten email-safe fonts, your logo oversized or as a faint watermark, every line aligned where you want it. Then send it knowing it is correct on any background: your logo never vanishes and there are no glowing white boxes.

A signature is HTML, and every mail app decides for itself how much of that HTML it will honour. Mail Flourish builds the best version it can for each one. This is what that means in practice.

Dark mode is the mail app's decision, not the signature's. Apple Mail adjusts the colours in a signature for you. Gmail and Outlook do not, and show it as drawn. Apple Mail on a phone handles part of a signature differently again, so we choose colours there that read well on a light background and a dark one. You do not have to think about any of it: Mail Flourish prepares the right version for wherever you are sending from.
We control the HTML: your layout, your type, your colours, your images and how they are packaged for each app. We do not control how a mail app then chooses to display it, and those choices change between versions without notice. If an app changes its behaviour, your signature does not break, it just renders that app's way. Where an app's limits force a compromise, we choose the option that looks right in the most places rather than perfect in one.
Your logo travels inside the signature, so it works offline and nothing phones home. Social icons can optionally load from our own server, because some webmail strips embedded images. That server keeps no logs, and you can switch to embedded icons at any time.
Type a link and the right icon is offered. Pick colour or monochrome for the whole row, never one at a time, and it flips itself so nothing disappears on a dark background.
